Training course on “Explosion Commander” in Thai Nguyen Province
To implement the state management on explosive materials, Administration of Commerce and Industry coordinates with Department of Safety Technique and Industrial Environment to organize course of “Explosion Commander” from 11 to 15th September, 2008. There were 86 participants from 31 enterprises related to trading, providing explosive materials for mineral exploitation and construction in Thai Nguyen province.
The course was lectured directly by Department of Safety Technique and Industrial Environment with 07 major subjects:

When the course was finished, participants should complete an examination. Result showed that 100% of participants met demand and were granted certificates by Department of Safety Technique and Industrial Environment.
