RESOLUTION
Approval of the Project on geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore in Thai Nguyen Province from 2007-2015, and up to 2020.
THE PEOPLE COUNCIL OF THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE, TERM XI, SESSION 8TH
Pursuant to the organization law of The People Council and People Committee year 2003.
Pursuant to Law of Mineral; the Law on Amending and Supplementing of Law of Mineral.
Pursuant to Project on geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore nationwide from 2007-2015, and up to 2020.
Based on the Statement No: 13/TTr-UBND dated 19/6/2007 of Thai Nguyen People’s Committee to approve the project on geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore in Thai Nguyen Province from 2007-2015, and up to 2020; Report on examining and verifying of Economic and Budget Department of Province’s People Council.
DECISION:
Article 1: Approve the Project on geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore in rovince from 2007-2015, and up to 2020 (annex attached)
Article 2: The People’s Committee of province has responsibility in announcing and implementing this Project. It ‘s needed to concentrate on some requirements during the implementing period:
- Every activity related to geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore needs to be under the project and provisions of law.
- Conform to the regulations on environmental protection from examining and verifying project to exploring, processing and using ores. Need to sign commitment, implement the environmental protection fund and follow the obligations on National Budget.
- Organizing open tender on geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore under regulations of authorized agency.
- Examining, checking regularly, detecting and settling timely any activity related to geological survey, exploring, processing and using iron ore, titan ore which violates provisions of law and content of this Resolution.
Article 3: Standing Committee of Province’s People Council, Department of Economic and Budget, Departments of Province’s People Council and members of Province’s People Council have responsibility in supervising the implementation of this Resolution.
This Resolution was approved by Thai Nguyen People Council, Term XI, Session 8th in July 13, 2007
