In the first months of 2014, industrial promotion activity has made contribution to the socio-economic development in the province, especially in the industrial sector, handicraft – trade village. In order to improve and overcome difficulties for localities as well as enterprises in the province, Industrial promotion and industrial development consultancy Center cooperated with Economy and Infrustructure Division of districts, town, cities, and competent authorities to implement many programs and activities by national and local buget.
Some projects have been implemented as follows: project on supporting fee for management of website sanxuatsachhon.com.vn; project on supporting fee for making film “Thai Nguyen industrial promotion go together with enterprises”; supporting fee for printed products and propadanding on Industry and Trade magazine; supporting fee for skilled worker contest 2014 project; supporting fee for selection of typical industrial and agricultural products in 2014; Making industrial promotion 2014 project on cleaner production and energy saving; Implementing consultancy contract of line and substation.
Complete documents of national and local industrial promotion project in 2014; practical survey of industrial facilities who registered to join industrial promotion program in 2014; Review, instruct these facilities to implement industrial promotion project in 2014.
According to Decision no. 9850/QĐ-BCT dated on December 23rd, 2013 regarding assigning budget for national industrial promotion in 2014, Thai Nguyen industrial promotion are assigned to implement 2 projects with the total of 325 million dong, of which: supporting establishment fee for 30 enterprises with the total of 150 million dong; Supporting for construction and registration for 05 trademark with the total of 175 million dong.

In the next months, in order to strengthen industrial promotion activity in the province, Industrial Promotion and industrial development Center will innovate, effectively improve industial promotion activities; orienting to practical activities: calling for investment; investment support and production development (especially new sector, handicraft and trade villages, enterprises which produce export products, potential products). It is necessary to focus on: improving management capacity; training and development at industrial facilities; building technical model, technology transfer and tecnical – scientific advancement; economic cooperation; making detail plan, building infrustructure at industrial park, trade villages.
