In order to strengthen popularization, propaganda, training and application of e-commerce for organizations, enterprises and people in the Province, as well as to continue implementing e-commercial development plannings of the Province in the period of  2011 – 2015, Trade Promotion Center – Industry and Trade Deparment of Thai Nguyen province cooperated with Library and Information Center of Hanoi to organize the training course “training e-commerce in thr trade promotion activities in 2013” on 21 and 22 of November. Attending the training class were over 100 trainees from enterprises, trade villages and communal people’s committee in Thai Nguyen province.

At the training class, lecturer Vu The Phiet, Director of Library and Information Center of Hanoi introduced about 2 special subjects, including subject on competition administration in the time of decline; competition administration in trade promotion activity. Lecturer Le Hai Ha from Library and Information Center introduced about e-commerce; application of e-commerce in trade promotion activities. All trainees were fully provided with documents and participated in the class seriously. The lecturers were enthusiastic to reply all questions as well as took many interesting and practical examples for the lessons.

This training class was to improve knowledge and competitition management capacity in trade promotion activities; application of e-commerce in management activities, business, marketing in the time of information technology and e-commerce; trading in the website and e-trading platform. It also helps potential trainees to exploit electronic information as well as to share experience in the process of doing business, contributing to improving exportation.

Trainees understand more about new regulations on e-commerce operations, setting the stage for transparent transaction, building trust in online commerce, especially self-building plans and marketing strategies effectively, contributing to promoting the development of e-commerce, improving competitiveness of enterprises.
