The issue to enhance the consumption of agricultural products in Thai Nguyen province has been extremely interested by levels and industries. Thai Nguyen province is striving to promote a comprehensive rural development towards enhancing the value of production, ensuring food security, expanding the commodity production, associating agricultural production with the industrial production, as well as improving the competitiveness. Remove difficulties for enterprises to ensure that production and consumption linkage of agricultural products is extremely essential.
Under these circumstances, Thai Nguyen Trade Promotion Centre has actively implemented the project of consumption promotion of agricultural products in the province. At the same time, Thai Nguyen Trade Promotion Centre (TTPC) established a exploration crew headed by Ms. Le Thanh Thuy - Vice Director of Trade Promotion Center and the attendance of the officials and experts of the agency to investigate the enterprises in the province to find market for agricultural products of Thai Nguyen province in commercial center, supermarkets, distribution agents in and outside the province.

In the first step to explore the enterprises in the province of Thai Nguyen, the crew has gathered information of 10 enterprises and production facilities (Ha Thai Tea Joint Stock Company, Phu Gia Biotechnology Joint Stock Company, Hung Thai Trade one member limited liability company, La Bang greentea cooperative, Bao Anh Investment & Consulting Trading Joint Stock company, Viet Cuong vermicelli traditional village, Nguyen Viet safe tea cooperative, Thien Phu An tea cooperative, traditional craft village hamlet 5, tea ceremony farm facility).
Through this exploration it is found that some enterprises are still small, fragmented and not produce in large quantities, production technologies especially the preservation processing stage after harvest is limited, the brand of agricultural products is less, the promotion activity of the brand is not strong enough. The production facilities do not pay much attention to the introduction and promotion of products in fairs and exhibitions in both domestic market and foreign countries, the products brought to the Expo still take the form of product sales with less attention to expand the market. Besides the difficult of the enterprises in a number of areas such as: Training, drilling, marketing, brand establishment, business strategy, information of market forecast...
Many enterprises still do not perform the procedures for quality, hygiene and food safety and not guarantee from the stage of fertilization, production, to processing, packaging especially in traditional craft village and small production facilities. The activities of sustainable developing material area planning and manufacturing protection policies should be more interested.
In addition to the above difficulties, the enterprises in the province also initially grasp the market demand, obtain the improvement in design, product quality, focused on investment for local raw material, brand establishment and protection, expand the production business.
In the exploration time, the center has been advising the enterprises and units to overcome difficulties, to help minimize the risks for enterprises, enhance the operation efficiency of the consumption linking chain of agricultural products by the diversification of association form, provision of law policy and market approaching methods for the enterprises.
